For the last 21 years, SupplyChainBrain has conducted rigorous surveys with supply chain professionals to learn who they believe is the best best supply chain partner of the year, and for 2023, Cornerstone Edge was recognized!
Two decades into the process and SupplyChainBrain still receives a variety of competitive nominations. The process isn’t an easy one, and it’s not a pay-to-play either. The list is created after a six-month polling process, pitting different vendors against each other where a set of 10 criteria must be met with the highest standards in:
- Reliability
- Service Excellence
- Value
- Knowledge of the customer’s business
- Problem-solving skills
- An attitude of continuous improvement
- Solid after-sales support
- A positive “can-do” attitude
- Global reach
- Strong leadership
Cornerstone Edge has always prided itself in being a supply chain partner first, and vendor second, and this recognition exemplifies its commitment to their partnerships. Those completing the surveys are asked to nominate vendors and service providers who have functioned as true supply chain partners, and whose solutions have helped them improve their efficiency, customer service, and overall supply chain performance, with only 100 of them receiving this distinction.
